We take on the risk of missed payments. We sign a management contract with you as the owner and pay you the agreed rent on the 1st of every month, regardless of whether the tenant pays or not. It's our responsibility to find and retain good tenants.
Within a maximum of 14 days from signing the management contract. You don't need to wait for us to find a tenant — the guarantee starts from day one.
Yes. We charge no commission to you as the landlord. Our income comes from the difference between what the tenant pays and what we guarantee you — a model aligned with your interests.
That's our problem, not yours. You still get paid. We manage the legal eviction process and finding a new tenant at no extra cost to you.
We currently cover the main neighbourhoods of central Madrid: Gran Vía, Salamanca, Retiro, Chamberí, Malasaña, Lavapiés, Chueca and surrounding areas. Contact us if your flat is elsewhere.
No minimum period. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We want you to stay because you're satisfied, not because you're contractually obligated.
We coordinate all incidents and minor repairs. For major work, we consult you first and find the best price. We have our own network of trusted contractors in Madrid.
